VAT/TIN and Milan Companies Register no.: IT02387250307, REA MI-1906661 (the “Controller”), owner of this website (the “Site”), as data controller for personal data of users browsing the Site (the “Users”), provides this notice pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the “Regulation” or “Applicable Law”).

3. Purposes of the processing
The User may contact us via the form, while browsing the Site, or by e-mail. Personal data are processed to: (a) handle the User's request (name, surname, company, e-mail, phone, and any data voluntarily provided); (b) administrative and accounting purposes; (c) legal obligations. Providing data is optional but necessary in order to handle the request.
4. Legal basis
Processing for handling the User's request and for administrative/accounting purposes is based on Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Processing for legal obligations is based on Art. 6(1)(c).
5. Methods and retention
Data are processed with manual and electronic means, using logics strictly related to the purposes and ensuring data security and confidentiality. Data are kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required to protect the rights of the Controller and the User.
6. Recipients and transfers
Personal data may be accessed by employees/collaborators of the Controller in charge of managing the Site and requests, and by third parties acting as Data Processors (e.g. IT, cloud and consulting providers). Any extra-EU transfers will comply with Art. 45 and 46 of the Regulation.
7. Your rights
Users may at any time exercise the rights granted by the Applicable Law (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to the DPO at lapo.curinigalletti@triboo.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
