Articles of association
The Articles of Association define the legal framework of Triboo S.p.A.: company form and duration, corporate purpose, capital structure, shareholder rights, rules for Shareholders' Meetings, composition and powers of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
The current version is the one updated following the resolutions of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 28 October 2025, published on the institutional website and filed with the Milan Companies Register.
Amendments to the Articles of Association fall under the authority of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and become effective after registration with the Companies Register. For meeting resolutions and related minutes, please refer to the section Convocazioni e verbali.
