Regulated information
Since 1 March 2017 Triboo S.p.A. has adopted regulated channels for the transmission and storage of inside information, ensuring compliance with Consob rules and the Rules for markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
Transmission of regulated information
From 1 March 2017 Triboo S.p.A. uses, for the transmission of regulated information, the “eMarket SDIR”, gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A., a Mediobanca Group company with registered office at Foro Buonaparte no. 10, Milan.
Storage and filing
From the same date, for the storage and filing of regulated information, Triboo S.p.A. uses the CONSOB-authorised centralised storage mechanism, “eMarket STORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.com), managed by Teleborsa srl, with registered office at Piazza di Priscilla 4, Rome 00199.
