Organisational model 231

The Company and its subsidiaries Triboo Digitale and T-Mediahouse have each adopted an organisation and management model suitable for the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, including a Code of Ethics, and have each appointed a Supervisory Body.
