Over the course of my career I have gained more than 45 years of experience in operations management and company development, working with leading organisations and contributing to the growth of entrepreneurial projects. I am characterised by a pragmatic approach, strong organisational skills and the belief that a company's success comes from the balance between strategy, people and results.

Working alongside entrepreneurs, managers and multidisciplinary teams has allowed me to develop a complete view of the business and to effectively manage processes of growth, change and innovation.
