Code of Ethics

The Company and its subsidiaries Triboo Digitale and Triboo Media have each adopted an organisation and management model suitable for the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, including a Code of Ethics, and have each appointed a Supervisory Body.
